First meeting between you and your therapist
The first time we meet, it's important that we get to know each other well. This is especially important if you are afraid of dentists. We'll talk about your wishes and needs, and it's great if you ask questions.
Before your appointment, you will be sent an electronic health form. If you have not filled this out before your appointment, please arrive 10 minutes before.
Thorough examination ensures good quality
At your first appointment, the dentist has set aside plenty of time. This is to get a complete overview of your dental health and your wishes. The visit begins with a conversation with your dentist in calm surroundings outside the dental chair. This is so that you can get to know your dentist and talk about your ailments, goals and challenges.
You will then undergo a thorough and comprehensive examination of the oral cavity, teeth and gums. We take X-rays as well as a large overview X-ray (panaoramic X-ray OPG). The latter gives us a good overview of the teeth, jaws, jaw joints and sinuses. In addition, we take regular photographs of your teeth, as well as a 3D scan using the latest technology in our industry.
If you need treatment, your dentist will prepare a written treatment plan with a cost estimate for you. The various options will be reviewed so that you can make a choice for your treatment based on the best possible information.
